The Saskatchewan Roughriders have added an NFL veteran to their receiving corps.
On Friday, the CFL club announced the signing of American receiver Geronimo Allison, a veteran of six NFL seasons.

The 6-foot-3, 202-pounder originally signed with the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent in 2016 before going on to play 46 career games for the team, starting 14 of them.
In 2020, the 30-year-old Allison signed with the Detroit Lions, suiting up for three games in 2021, before spending time with the Atlanta Falcons in 2022.
The Florida native has racked up 89 receptions for 1,045 yards and six touchdowns in his NFL career.
