Report: Alicia Keys to Perform at Usher’s Super Bowl Halftime Show amid Bieber Rumors

Sixteen-time Grammy winner Alicia Keys will be a featured guest performing alongside Usher during the Super Bowl LVIII halftime show in Las Vegas on Sunday.

“Sources close to the production confirm eyewitness accounts that AK rehearsed with Usher inside Allegiant Stadium on Thursday,” TMZ Hip Hop wrote.

“Now that we know she’ll be in the mix — the first confirmed guest of his BTW — all signs pointing to them doing one big song together.”

TMZ previously reported that Usher is in “direct talks” with Justin Bieber about performing at halftime as well. The latest TMZ Hip Hop report states that it hasn’t “locked down whether the Biebs will actually be in attendance or not.”

As it stands, the Keys confirmation almost certainly signals the halftime playing of My Boo, the 2004 megahit featuring Usher and Keys that hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Per TMZ Hip Hop, “most everyone assumes” that Ludacris and Lil Jon will also perform alongside Usher, although they have not been confirmed. Ludacris and Lil Jon were featured on Usher’s 2004 hit, Yeah!
