Lamar Jackson
The likely MVP Lamar Jackson is in incredible form for the Baltimore Ravens and is near impossible to stop once he starts rushing. The contest against the Chiefs looks a prime opportunity for him to add to his 29 rushing career touchdowns.
Jackson is a formidable opponent who regularly baffles opposing defences with his quick reads and speed. Last week was a prime example of his abilities as he rushed for two scores against the Texans, both off clever playcalls that allowed space for Jackson to exploit.
It feels like this could be a likely reoccurrence against the Chiefs who were unable to stop Buffalo’s own rushing Quarterback Josh Allen on Sunday who himself scored twice on Sunday. The Chiefs are skilled at pass defence and it seems a safer option to keep the ball on the ground rather than take on the Chiefs impressive cornerbacks.
Zay Flowers
The first year rookie Zay Flowers looks a good candidate to score on Sunday. Flowers plays mostly in the slot and will likely avoid the daunting L’Jarius Snead for the Chiefs out wide and instead cause issue for the Chiefs’ linebackers.

Flowers has earnt the trust of Jackson all season and has scored four touchdowns in the past six games. Jackson clearly trusts him as his number one target as he leads the Ravens for receptions this season. He will likely be targeted when Jackson is searching for a score on Sunday.
Travis Kelce
Travis Kelce is Patrick Mahomes failsafe and go to man when he needs him most. Last week was a tremendous example of their chemistry as Kelce was able to score twice against the Bills. In the playoffs Kelce has a history of big games and will need to be at his best against the daunting Ravens.
Mahomes has struggled to trust many of his receivers this year and has been let down with drops and poor play. In a likely tough match up against a Ravens defence who average 16.5 points allowed against them per game, and was able to shut out the Texans offence last week, it is tough to envision a world where Mahomes does not rely on his favourite receiver when desperate for a score. Back Kelce to grab a touchdown to ensure a camera shot of his excited girlfriend Taylor Swift in the VIP box.
