Video: Chiefs Unveil Super Bowl 58 Championship Rings Celebrating Back-to-Back Titles

The Kansas City Chiefs spared no expense when making their Super Bowl 58 rings.

The team unveiled the rings commemorating its most recent Super Bowl victory over the San Francisco 49ers on Thursday, giving a nod to the Chiefs’ back-to-back championships and featuring a handful of unique details.

According to Kansas City, the rings feature 529 diamonds and 38 rubies, giving the rings the signature red color associated with the Chiefs.

On one side, the rings feature a “back-to-back” engraving along with a Super Bowl LVIII hit and the 25-22 final score of the overtime win over the 49ers. The other side has the player’s number and an engraving of Arrowhead Stadium and “Chiefs Kingdom.”

One of the most unique features of the ring is the inside of the opening, which shows the Chiefs’ field with Vince Lombardi trophies appearing to rain down.

The underside of the opening shows the “Tom and Jerry” play that Kansas City ran to win the Super Bowl.

Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and many other members of the Chiefs will now have heavy hands after winning three Super Bowls in the last five years, but this year’s rings might be the most unique.

But Kansas City is looking to add to the ring collection this season as it begins its quest for a historic third-consecutive Super Bowl victory. Winning another championship won’t be an easy task, but if there is a team that can make history, it’s the Chiefs.
